Ingredients * 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil * 1 tablespoon vegetable oil * 2 tablespoons chile paste * 1 Tbsp brown sugar * 2 cloves garlic, chopped * 1/2 cup soy sauce * 1/2 cup dashi broth * 1 onion, sliced lengthwise into eighths * 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped * 1 cup carrot, julienne cut * 1 cup snow pea, julienne cut * 270 g buckwheat soba noodles, cooked and drained
In a small saucepan combine sesame oil, canola oil and chili paste and garlic and stir fry an 30 seconds. Add dashi broth, soy sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Heat wok over high heat. Add 1Tbsp canola oil and combine the onion, cabbage, snow pea and carrots. Stir fry until cabbage begins to wilt. Stir in the cooked noodles to wok. Once heated add sauce mix and blend. Serve and enjoy!
