Meatloaf, slow cooker

Ingredients
3 # ground beef, lean1 cup oats2 eggs1 cup barbecue sauce, divided1 cup spinach, cooked1 packet dry onion soup mix4 tbsp onion powder or dry onion flakes
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, but save out 1/2cup of the BBQ sauce. Form into two long narrow loaves and place in 6 qt crockpot. Spread rest of BBQ sauce on top. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
Makes 12 servings, about 4 oz each.
