Sweet White Sauce for Bread Pudding

1 cup Fat Free Soy Milk1/4 cup Splenda1 tsp. Vanilla1 Tbsp. white flour1 tsp soft margarine1 tsp Nutmeg
Heat half of the soy milk and margarine in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Mix the other half with the Splenda, flour, vanilla and nutmeg.
Stir into the heated soy milk and stir constantly until thickened. Adjust to your liking sweetness or thickness. Serve warm or cool over Bread Pudding. Add more nutmeg if disired. I also have a recipe for bread pudding on SparkRecipes made with Splenda.
