Chicken Soup

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts5 Carrots, sliced1 Celery stalk, chopped1 Onion, chopped2 quarts water4 tsp. Chicken bouillon1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)1 tsp. BasilPepper to taste1 c. Peas, frozen
Directions
Boil chicken in water for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from water and cut into small pieces. Boil veggies and water together for 15 to 20 minutes. Add cut up chicken to veggies and water. Add cream of chicken soup, basil, and pepper and bring to a boil again before adding peas. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
Makes 8 1-cup servings
