Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts1/4 cup green onions1/3 cup chopped fresh mushrooms3 Tbs bottled oyster sauce.1 Tbs Olive Oillettuce leafs (Bib, Ice burg or romaine)
Directions
Makes 15 wraps
Separate lettuce leaves, rinse and pat or spin dry---reserve.
Heat 1 tbs olive oil in saute pan and cook chicken. When chicken is no longer pink (8-10 min), add chopped chestnuts, scallions, mushrooms and oyster sauce.
Heat to combine flavors (2-3 mins)
