Lasagna al a Sandoval

Ingredients
16 oz Lasagana noodles, cooked just less than al dente1 lbs Jimmy dean sausage, regular1 lbs ground turkey1 lg can diced tomatoes w/ juice1 lg can crushed tomatoes2 tbsp canola oil2 tbsp basil, dried2 cloves garlic, chopped16 oz part skim ricotta cheese2 ea lg eggs2 cloves garlic, chopped2 tbsp basil, dried1 tbsp canola oil1 lg onion julienned4 oz merlot red wine
Directions
1 cook noodles in water, drain
2 cook sausage and turkey and drain oil
3 heat 2 tbsp oil in sauce pan add 2 cloves garlic and 2 tbsp basil and cook till translucent, add diced and crushed tomatoes and reduce by 1/4
4 saute onions in same pan you cooked the sausage and dreglaze with merlot, reduce til liquid has cooked into the onions
5 Puree tomato sauce
6 blend the eggs, ricotta cheese, 2 cloves chopped garlic, basil
7 Put 1/4 of sauce in large lasagna pan and layer repeatedly; noodles, ricotta mixture, cooked susage and turkey, onions, sauce and mozzarella till all the ingredients are gone
8 bake at 350 F for 45 minutes covered
9 Bake aat 400 for 15 uncovered
10 let stand for 10 minutes then serve
