J. L. Hudson's Maurice salad modified

Ingredients
6 oz. shredded iceberg lettuce (or use a healthier lettuce)1 oz. ham sliced (lean)1.5 oz. turkey breast sliced1 Tbs. pickle relish1 oz swiss cheese sliced1/2 hard boiled egg1/2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil1/2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
Directions
Their salad dressing amounts to 186 calories/2 tbsp. I substituted the oil & vinegar and left out the 2 large green olives, cut down on the ham also as these are so high in sodium.

Toss it all together and enjoy. :)
