FDR's Curry Chicken Dinner

Ingredients
1 Lb Chicken (I used thighs)1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour1 tbsp Cooking Oil1/2 Red Pepper, chopped1/2 Yellow Pepper, chopped1/2 Garlic clove1 tsp Curry Powder1/4 tsp White pepper1 can (14.5 oz) Diced tomatoes, undrained1/2 tsp Patsley1/4 tsp thyme1 cup Water
Directions
Dust chicken with flour. In a Dutch oven over medium heat, brown the chicken in oil. Remove and set aside chicken. Saute fresh peppers and garlic in drippings until tender. Add curry and pepper. Mix well. Add chicken, parsely, thyme, tomatoes and water. Cover and bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Serve over rice if desired.
