Garlic Fried Tofu

Ingredients
3 oz extra firm tofu2 tsp sesame oil1 tbs soy sauce1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon Italian seasoning1 sprinkle of seasoned salt (optional)
Directions
Cut tofu into cubes. Shake on garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and seasoned salt on both sides, coating the tofu. Pour over the soy sauce (make sure sauce is on both sides for extra flavor). Fry for 4-5 minutes on both sides in sesame oil (fry longer or shorter time for desired consistency).

Great meat substitute!
