Sherried Beef tips

Ingredients
1 to 11/2 pound Beef A roasting cut example chuck (Fat trimmed)1 small to medium sized onion1 can condenced Cream of chicken soup. 1/4 to 1/2 cup cooking Sherry dry3/4 cup sour creamsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut a chuck roast or similar cut of beef into small bite size pieces. Chop onion. Sautee in a deep skillit till browned. Readuce heat and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Sherry depnding on your taste. Dash of salt and pepper. and i can condenced cream of chicken soup. Simmer covered for 2 hours. At hour and a half mark Prepare Egg noodles according to package directions, drain. Remove Beef tips from heat let stand. Add 3/4 cup sour cream and toss in prepared egg noodles. Serve. Makes about 4-6 servings, but it goes quick
