CHINESE NOODLE AND MUSHROOM SOUP

6 oz. cooked pork loin2 cups sliced mushrooms2 stalks celery sliced1/2 cup chopped green onions1 tsp. minced garlic1 tsp olive oil1 tsp. lemon juice or rice vinegar2 Tbls. sherry or rice wine1 tsp sesame oildash hot pepper sauce1 Tbls soy sauce4 cups chicken broth/vegetable stock2 cups chow mein noodles
In large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat, cook mushrooms celery and garlic for 5 minutes.
Add stock and 2 cups water, bring to boil, Add noodles, sherry, lemon juice/rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce and hot sauce; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until noodles and celery are done. Stir in green onions.
