Rosemary Focaccia Bread

3 cups bread flour1 tsp salt1 Tbs sugar1 pkg yeast1 1/3 warm water3 Tbs olive oil2 Tbs parmesan cheese2 Tbs rosemary leaves
Mix flour, sugar, yeast, water, and 2 Tbs oil. Mix dough until pliable. Knead dough on floured surface til smooth. Place dough in oiled bowl, cover, let rise until doubled (45min).
Coat baking sheet with small amt of oil and gently press dough out to about 1/2 inch thickness. Brush small amount of oil on dough. Make dimbles on dough with thumb. Sprinkle with rosemary and cheese. Let rise until doubled (20 min) Bake for 25 min at 375.
