Ingredients
1/2 tsp cream of tartar4 egg whites1 box sugar free lemon jello powder1/4 cup splenda
Directions
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until frothy, gradually add splenda and jello powder and beat until stiff and glossy. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 275 for 30 minutes. turn off oven and let set for another 10-15 minutes. Makes 12 cookie
