smashed cauliflower

Ingredients
small head cauliflower (about 4 cups)1/4 c skim milkpat butter1 tblsp parmesan or romano sheese
Directions
Steam cauliflower until soft. Mash with potato masher. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste. Top with grated cheese.
