Raw Zucchini Hummus v1

Ingredients
*Zucchini - 2 large peeled and cut up for processing*lemon juice (fresh from 1 whole lemon), 1.5 serving *garlic, 4 cloves *1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder*dry lentils, .75 cup (soaked for several hours and rinsed and drained)*Sunflower Seeds - raw kernals only, without salt, 3 tbsp *Kosher Salt, 2.5 tsp *Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
Directions
Makes a lot! At least 4 cups or so - I am estimating 8-10 half cup servings. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
