Millet Cereal/Pudding - Vegeweigh

Ingredients
2/3 c millet1 1/2 c water3/4 tsp salt3/8 c dried fruit, cut up (or raisins)
Directions
Dextrinize millet in dry skillet until toasted

Add water, salt, cover and bring to gentle boil.
Cook 35-40 minutes until all water is absorbed.

Do not stir while cooking.
Add dried fruit

1/2 c = 1Br 1/2 fr

(try in rice steamer)

FOR PUDDING - put cooked product into Vitamix and whiz until smooth.
