PR's Cole Slaw

Ingredients
Dressing:3 tbsp Mayonnaise2 tbsp Quark (Or Fat-free sour cream)3 tbs 2% yogurt1 tsp Granulated sugar2 tbsp Lemon Juice2 Cloves garlic1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp Caraway seed, crushed1 tsp parsley2 tsp Dijon mustardSalad:1 small green cabbage, shredded3 celery stalks, chopped2 Granny smith or Gala apples, grated2 large carrots, grated4 green onions, chopped3 medium dill pickles, chopped1 red or green bell pepper3 baby (lebanese) cucumbers, halved and sliced
Directions
Mix all dressing ingredients, adjust to taste.
Mix all salad ingredients, pour dressing over salad, mix well, refrigerate at least two hours.
