Wheat Naan

Ingredients
one packet yeastone cup warm water2 Tbsp sugar3 Tbsp milk1 egg beaten2 tsp salt4 1/2 cups flour2 tsp minced garlic1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
In a large bowl, dissolve 1 packet yeast in one cup warm water with 2 Tbsp sugar. Let stand until frothy. Stir in milk, egg, salt and enough of the flour to make a soft dough. Knead until smooth and then let rise in a well oiled bowl covered with a damp cloth for one hour or until doubled.

Punch down and knead in garlic. Divide into 8 balls and let rise about 30 minutes. At grill side, roll each ball out and place on lightly oiled grill for 2-3 minutes. Brush with melted butter and flip, brushing cooked side with butter. Wrap in foil to keep warm.
