Chicken Curry

Ingredients
8 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed4 oz. mushrooms, sliced1 small celery stalk, chopped6 green onions, chopped1 can Rotel2 Tbs. curry powder1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder2 Tbs. reduced fat sour cream1.5 cups cooked brown rice
Directions
Saute chicken, mushrooms, celery and onions until chicken is done. Add can of Rotel, curry powder and garlic powder. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add reduced fat sour cream. Serve over brown rice.
