Chicken Korma

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Breast chopped into bite size pieces1 green bell pepper, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped1 medium onion, chopped1 potato, chopped1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil1 dash salt or to taste1 tsp all spice1 jar of Seeds of Change Korma Simmer Sauce
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Add potato, onion, salt, chicken, dash of salt, all spice and olive oil into a pot over medium heat. Cook until potatoes are tender. Make sure to stir. Next, add peppers and cook for an additional 5 min. Add sauce and let simmer on low for 10 min.

Serve with brown rice.
