Tuna & Bean Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
1 can black beans (540ml)1 can green peas (398ml)1 can tomato soup (284ml)1.5 cups skim milk2 cans tuna (120g each can)1 box whole wheat noodles (300g)2 cups fresh mushrooms, chopped2 slices whole wheat breadCheese on top if desired, not included in nutritional value.
Directions
Cook pasta.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

MIx all ingredients together in casserole dish, except for bread.

Put in oven for 30 mins.

Put bread in blender to make into crumbs and put on top of casserole at 25 mins. Then let cook for another 5 mins.

Cool for 10 mins.
