Creamy Cucumber Yogurt Dip

1 caron (8 oz) reduced-fat plain yogurt4 oz reduced fat cream cheese1/2 cup chopped seeded, peeled cucumber (keep the peels)1-1/2 tsp finely chopped onion1-1/2 tsp snipped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dill weed1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp grated lemon peel1 garlic clove minced1/4 tsp each salt and pepperAssorted fresh vegetables
In a small bowl, combine yogurt and cream cheese. Stir in cucumber, onion, dill, lemon juice, peel of cucumber, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with vegetables.
