Ingredients
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese (1%)1 tbsp Reduced Calorie Mayonnaise3 large black olives, chopped1 strip red pepper, chopped2 strips celery, diced
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Mash with fork until desired consistency is reached.
