Enchilada Crock Pot Beef

Ingredients
1.5 lbs beef (stew meat)1 can enchilada sauce1 small onion1 can diced green chilies
Directions
Place beef in crock-pot with one can green chilies, one can enchilada sauce, 1 small onion and 1.5 cups water; cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. Serve in warm tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream
