Toasted Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients
Hamburger BunTuna, Canned in Water, 1 canMayonnaiseSweet Relish, 2 tspOnions, raw, 2 tbsp choppedCheddar Cheese, 1 slice
Directions
Drain one can of tuna. Add mayo (sparingly), relish, and chopped onion. Pepper and salt to taste. Then spread across top and bottom halves of the hamburger bun and place thin slices of cheddar cheese on top. Put two halves into toaster oven for just a few minutes, to melt the cheese and slightly crisp the bun. Enjoy as either one sandwich or two smaller open faced portions.
