Creamy Bacon Wrapped Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients
3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast 6 Large Potatoes12 Slices Reduced Sodium Bacon, raw2 10.75 oz cans of Cream of Mushroom, reduced sodium2 tablespoons of fat-free sour cream1 cup of 2% milk
Directions
Preheat oven @ 375 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine the cream of mushroom, milk, and sour cream and set aside. Cut potatoes in small-medium sized quarter pieces and put in a 9X13 greased baking dish. Cut each chicken breast in half. Wrap 2 pieces of bacon around each breast half and place over potatoes. Pour cream of mushroom mixture over bacon and potatoes. Bake @ 375 for 1 hr & 20 minutes (or until chicken and potatoes are done).
