Ingredients
Philadelphia Cream Cheese regular, 32 oz (remove)(4 pkg. 8 oz each)xylitol, 1 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Prepare a 9x13 pan w/ Pam, Preheat oven 325 * degrees
In food processor grind the cookies for the top sprinkle (set aside) THEN begin cream Xylitol, 1 egg, 1 pkg cream cheese, then add 1 tsp vanilla, ADD 1 egg + 1 pkg cheese until all the ingredients are combinesd Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle top lightly with the crushed cookies. Bake 325* for 55 minutes, checking carefully toward the end.
