veggie chow mein

Ingredients
chicken broth 4 cupscooking onion 2 cups chopped finecelery 2 cups choppedcarrot 1 cup thin peels with a potato peelergarlic 1 clove mincedchow mein noodles one bag soy sauce 2 tbspwater 1-2 cups
Directions
Put all vegetables in large skillet with chicken broth set the stove on medium heat, saute until tender but not soft. Add chowmein noodles and soy sauce mixing all to coat , turn down heat to medium low and keep turning noodles to cover all with broth. Use the water as needed to bring your noodles to desired softness.
