Tomato Tofu Salad

Ingredients
1 package firm tofu2 medium ripe tomatoes10 leaves basil1 tablespoon fresh oregano3/4 cup balsamic vinegar2 tbsp olive oil (optional, included in nutritional calculations)salt to taste (not included in nutritional calculations)
Directions
Dice the tofu and tomatoes and finely chop the herbs.

Place all ingredients in a bowl of appropriate size and allow to stand for a few minutes, so that the flavors can mingle.
