Wheat Germ Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs, lightly beaten2 cups almond milk2 T white vinegar1/2 cup wheat germ1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/5 cup applesauce2 T baking soda1/2 t salt
Directions
Makes 12 - 5" pancakes
Add vinegar to almond milk & let stand for 5 minutes. In a medium bowl, mix eggs with milk mixture. Stir in baking soda, wheat germ, salt & flour. Blend. Heat a lightly oiled grill or pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
