Mashed Potatoes and Turnips

Ingredients
1 pounds red potatoes (cubed)1 pound turnips (cubed)1/4 cup orange juice4 tbsp fat free sour cream4 tbsp margarine2 tbsp brown sugar1/2 tsp ground ginger
Directions
1. Boil potatoes and turnips until soft.
2. Mash with hand masher.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
