Ingredients
3 Tbsp Green Curry Paste1 Can Lite Coconut Milk8 oz Chicken Breast1 Green Bell Pepper1 Zucchini1 Onion1 Cup of Frozen Peas1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Saute Chopped up veggies & Cut up Chicken (bitesized) in olive oil. Add coconut milk & Curry Paste, simmer on medium for 10 minutes. Remove from flame.

Serve with brown rice (not included in nutritionals!)
