Southwest Chicken Mash

Ingredients
1 14.5 oz can chicken, drained and rinsed (drain and rinse all canned ingredients to lower sodium!)3/4 cup black beans1 cup corn1/4 cup smooth taco sauce, medium heat2 green onions, chopped1 cup cheese
Directions
Since the canned chicken is precooked, add all the ingredients except the cheese and cook on medium heat until the onions are soft and everything is hot. Stir to prevent sticking.

Add the cheese, stir it up and serve on flat-bread or in pitas with some greens and peppers, top with your favorite salad dressing.
