Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
3 large Sweet Potatoes3 Tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp Chili Powder1 tap Paprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Peel potatoes and cut into strips. Toss with olive oil, chili powder and paprika. Spread evenly onto cookie sheet being sure not to over crowd. Cook for 20 minutes. Stir fries and cook for 10 more minutes.

    Mine turned out burnt with the temp and time recommendations given. Next time I will turn it down to 425 or cut the fries bigger and keep a closer eye on them. I put the olive oil, paprika, and chili powder in a plastic bag, then added the fries and shook it up. It was easy to coat them this way - 7/21/13
