Ingredients
*Hodgeson Mill Whole Wheat Graham Flour, 1 cup *Unbleached White Flour, 1.5 cup *Organic Cocoa Powder 1 cup*Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp *Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp *Seasonings - Cinnamon - 1 tsp*Butter, Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 8 tbsp *White Sugar Granulated 2 cup *Large Raw Egg White, 1 egg *McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp *Ground Flax Seed (2 tbsp)*water 6 tbls*Fresh Zuchinni and/or Squash, 2 cup shredded*Lactaid 2% Milkfat 1/2 cup
Directions
350 degree oven
combine all ingredients mix on high speed till well beaten. I use a bundt pan can drizzle a glaze over the cake but I leave as is to lessen calories and carbs
