1 tin butter beans1 tbs olive oilwater2-3 pepperdews in vinegar/ chopped1/2 tsp chilli powder (mine is blended with cumin)Juice of one lemon
Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl, liquidise. Add water if necessary.
Adjust flavour with salt/pepper.
