Greek Salad

Ingredients
1 Green Pepper, chopped1 Red Ripe Tomato, chopped1 Cucumber, chopped1/2 Sweet White or Red Onion, chopped1 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled1/4 Cup Olive Oil2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano 12 Kalamata Olives for Garnish
Directions
Chop all vegetables and toss with Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Feta Cheese and Oregano. Divide into 6 servings and garnish each with 2 olives.
