Ingredients
*Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1/2 Cup.1 Cup WaterWalnuts, .25 cup, chopped Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Milk, nonfat, 1 cup 1sp vanilla1TBls Davinci Sugar Free Caramel Syrup.
Directions
Cook Oatmeal, stovetop or microwave which ever you prefer according to package directions.
Add cinnamon, vanilla, walnut pieces, sugar free davinci caramel syrup, skim milk and blueberries.
By this time it will have cooled off too much, so put it in microwave for 1 minute to reheat. divide into 2 servings. Enjoy!
