Cheesy Bean Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup white beans1 T. white or yellow miso paste1/2 cup soy or almond milk1 t. garlic salt1 t. smoked paprika1 t. turmeric2 T. nutritional yeast
Directions
Sort beans, removing any rocks or debris. Soak in cold water overnight. Rinse well. Cook over medium heat about one hour or until a bean can be smashed with your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Drain and rinse.
Put beans and all other ingredients in a blender. Process on medium speed until smooth. Add additional seasonings and/or soy milk until sauce reaches desired taste and consistency.
