Ingredients
Bobli Pizza Crust (whole crust) Tomatoes, 2 plum tomatoes sliced thin Basil, 10 leaves halved Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz shredded Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
Directions
Brush crust with olive oil ( you can use garlic powder if you want over the olive oil), layer tomato slices and basil leaves over crust. Cover with mozzarella, sprinkle with parm. Bake at 450 F for 10 - 12 min or until melted to your liking.
