Undone Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1 pkg Ground Round2 Green Peppers, coarsely chopped3 Garlic cloves2 C Cooked Brown Rice1 Jar Pasta Sauce (Vegan)1/2 Sweet Onion, Chopped1 C Mushrooms
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350°F
2. Brown meat with peppers, onions and garlic in large skillet; Drain.
3. Stir in rice, pasta sauce.
4. Spoon into 2 L Casserole
5. Bake for 25 minutes.

Since I do not have an oven, I cooked this in an electric frying pan :)
