Yogurt Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
1 cup low fat/non fat yogurt2 tsp cumin1 Tbsp lemon juicegarlic cloves, to taste1 Tbsp chopped cilantro4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
Combine yogurt, cumin, lemon juice, garlic and cilantro in a small bowl. Place chicken breasts in a glass baking dish or in a resealable plastic bag. Spoon yogurt mixture over the chicken and coat. Cover dish, or seal bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight for juicier chicken.

Spray grill or broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Grill or broil chicken breasts 5-6 minutes each side, until a meat thermometer registers a minimum of 165 degrees.

Serve with fat free yogurt garlic dip (just 1 clove garlic, minced with 1/2 c Yogurt; mix well) and grilled vegetables like carrots, leeks, apples, and asparagus.
