Nasi Goreng (Very Filling)

Ingredients
4 Cups Cooked Rice4 Slices Back Bacon, Chopped300g Turkey Breast, Chopped1 bunch Scallions.5 Cup Peas2 Eggs, beaten with 1 tbls water2 tsp Chinese five spice powder.25 Cup Soy Sauce2 tsp Olive Oil2 tbls Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce2 tbls Sweet Chilli Sauce
Directions
Heat saute pan and fry off bacon and Turkey, add rice, Peas, five spice, soy, Chilli sauce and gourmet sauce. Cook until heated through.
In a small skillet use the oil to fry off batches of egg mixture to make thin pancakes, place on top of each other roll up and finely chop, add to Rice mix.
Add scallions, stir through, divide between 4 plates and serve.
