Easy Egg Casserole

10 medium eggs1/4c 1% milk4oz. can mushrooms14.5 oz. diced tomatoes1/4c onion1tsp oregano, ground1tsp basil, ground1tsp garlic powder1tsp pepper1/4c bread crumbs1tbsp butter, salted1/4c shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350deg. Chop onion. Open can of mushrooms, drain. Open can of tomatoes, drain. Add onion, mushrooms, and tomatoes to a 2 quart casserole dish. Add oregano, basil, garlic, and pepper. Mix. Crack all 10 eggs into seperate bowl, add the milk, and whip until egg and milk are combined. Pour egg mix into casserole dish and mix. Bake 40min or until set. Mix bread crumbs, butter, and cheese together and add to top of casserole, back in the oven for 5min. Remove from oven and enjoy!
