Ingredients
4 egg Whites2 Teaspoons Vanilla1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon2 cups cooked rice1/4 cup milk1/8 teaspoon of stevia. (equal to 1/2 cup sugar)1/4 cup raisins
Directions
Mix all ingredients in microwave safe bowl/
Cook for 3 minutes.
Stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
Dish up and serve.

Makes 5 1/2 cup servings.
