Vegetarian Tacos

Ingredients
Meatfree mince (250g)Old El Paso Taco shells (4, so 2pp)Old El Paso Taco Spice Mix (35g)Red or green bell peppers (1 cup, or more if you choose)Onion (1 medium-sized)Sunflower oil (1tbsp)
Directions
Chop/slice your onion and peppers.
Heat 1tbsp oil in a frying pan.
Fry the veggies until soft.
Add the vegetarian mince.
Add the spice mix and fry for a further five minutes.
Serve in tacos!

I usually add some salsa and fresh salad for me and some cheese, mayo, salsa and salad for my boyfriend, who isn't trying to lose weight.
