Pasta Salad with Beans and Veggies

7 oz (uncooked) whole grain pasta1 bell pepper1 small onion1 c chopped red cabbage1 can corn dressing:2 cloves garlic2 T oil (I like olive or avocado)6 T vinegar (I use some balsamic and some cider)2 T mustard (I like dijon)1/2 t salt1 t pepper1T sugar
Cook pasta to al dente. Combine with veggies. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over.
Use additional or different veggies to mix it up. Add other spices to taste.
Even better after a day or two in the fridge!
