Potato and Green Bean Saute

1 lbs of red potatoes, cut in halves or quarters1 lb of fresh green beans (have used frozen as well)1-1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil2 garlic cloves, mincedpinch of coarse sea saltpinch of fresh ground pepperhandful of fresh basil (chopped)
boil potatoes, cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, add green beans (fresh or frozen)
drain
in large skillet add olive oil, then add the two minced cloves of garlic, sal and pepper to taste
place potatoes and green beans in skillet, cooking for about 5 minutes or until the potatoes start to brown. Add basil in the last minute for flavor.
