1 tb. olive oil1 lemon zested (about 1/2 tesp.)2 Tb. fresh chopped oregano or 2 tes. dried2 Tb. minced garlic1/2 tesp. salt1/4 tes.pepper8 (4 oz.lamb chops)or
Directions
mix all ingredients together & marinade for one hr. or more. Grill to desired temp.
remove from fridge about 30- 40 mins. before to bring to room temp before cooking.
