I tweeked the recipe a little- used pork chops, and substituted brown sugar. I love the tangy/ sweet flavor. I also added sliced mushrooms before putting it in the oven. Two thumbs up from me and my husband. - 10/21/08

Love it! I've made it twice so far. I add garlic powder also and baste it every 5 minutes. I slice it as soon as it's out of the oven and baste it again so that all of the pieces are covered in the juices. - 6/29/09

This was delicious, but 20 min. is definitely not enough cooking time. Mine was still pretty red in the middle, so I had to cook it another 15 minutes or so. - 10/15/08

This was really good. I cooked 2-1/2 pounds and adjusted the recipe. Next time I will add more sauce and cook at 400 rather than 425. - 5/17/09
